Ortec Finance has always employed a large number of students. Some write their final thesis here while others spend a couple of days a week working for us as student assistants. Since students often contribute fresh insights and have a different perspective on the profession we are very interested to learn from your ideas and suggestions.

Student Assistants
As a student assistant you will be given every opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice. At Ortec Finance we ensure that you are properly guided during this period. You can count on the support and advice of your new colleagues, all of whom are experts in the field of complex optimization issues in various financial areas. These are highly qualified people who have once been in your position themselves and who will help you progress to the next level.

We invite applications from students in the following disciplines who have a strong interest in finance:

• Econometrics
• Computer Science
• Mathematics

There are also plenty of opportunities if you are working toward a degree in another technical discipline as long as you have a strong interest in IT or mathematics.
