The feasibility of a client’s objectives must be monitored. Deviations in the performance of a selected product or investment portfolio, or changes in a client’s financial situation or personal objectives, can impact the feasibility of those objectives. A financial advisor must be able to anticipate these situations and pro-actively advise clients regarding potential adjustments in asset allocation, investments or objectives. OPAL Monitor provides an interface with back office and CRM systems to make this possible for individual clients and for the entire client base.
